Requirements:

• Maximum 30 years of age by the end of this year
• Minimum bachelor degree in Psychology
• Minimum 3 years experience in handling recruitment & Human Resources
• Understand candidate selection process
• Have knowledge and skills of psychological assessment tools and its administration
• Able to apply psychological science to make programs and activities related to employee productivity
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good ability in operating windows and microsoft office
• Good command in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Good personalities, self confidence, high motivation and hard working, good team worker
